Feeling no hope

its been long that I didn't post anything on DA. Busy with school and project, also last May I been in the hospital for internal bleeding and after a few tests and medical procedures, they told me I have GIST. A tumor around the start of my small intestine. I lost part of my left hand from a cancerous tumor and now I have GIST. being at the age of 31 I feel my hope is disappearing.
